The pot is made from durable cast iron that can handle almost anything. However, to help protect the material, it’s important to heat the pot gradually. We recommend placing it over the fire early on and lightly oiling the inside before it reaches maximum temperature.Â
Clean the pot using only water and a sponge. Soap is not recommended, as it may leave an unpleasant aftertaste. Once completely dry, apply a light coat of oil and make sure the pot is fully dry before storing it away.Â
