Suitable for ages 5 yrs. to Seniors
Let your child play without first having to think about how the toy works. There is no wrong or right way to play here, and there is no rulebook. Playing in the present moment is the goal here. At ToyAcademy, we call this type of play intuitive play. It's also known as "open ended play". We suggest that you pause and notice how things unfold when your child plays following their intuition.
As opposed to types of play which are about achieving a particular result, intuitive play will often let you have an interesting peek into your child’s own imagination, problem-solving skills, and thought process.
The activity is wonderful for your child's well-being and ability to learn new things:
