Natural Egg Dye, 5 Colours
Get creative with 5 lovely colours and dye your eggs the natural way.
The colours may turn out a little differently depending on the eggs you use. For example, brown eggs bring out a more intense colour than white ones.
Each colour batch dyes 5–7 eggs (for best results, use eggs that are 3–5 days old).
Boil the eggs for 7–10 minutes from the moment the water reaches a boil (make sure the eggs are fully covered). Rinse with cold water once they’re done. As the eggs dry, the colour develops and deepens.
Tip: Mix the dye in a stainless steel bowl, or one you don’t mind getting a bit colourful. It may stain.
Age: Suitable for all ages, but young children should always have an adult on hand to handle the hot, boiling water safely.

The ultimate guide to Easter with children
What are some fun Easter activities (and what is Easter all about anyway)?Come read along.Toys for learning through play
Play is essential for children’s learning, well-being, and development. Through play, children learn about themselves and the world around them.
Play helps children:
• stay curious
• focus and become absorbed in what they're doing
• take on age-appropriate challenges
• build confidence
We believe children learn best by doing things for themselves:
• by making mistakes
• by getting messy
• by falling down and getting back up again
Resilience, confidence, and courage grow through experience, one small step at a time.
That's why we carefully choose toys that encourage independence, imagination, movement, and social skills — offering just the right balance of support, freedom, and opportunities to grow.
Carefully selected toys
We carefully handpick every toy from the vast world of toys available today. The only toys that make it into our range are ones we'd be happy to give our own children.
Every toy at ToyAcademy should:
• support learning through play
• be made from durable, high-quality materials
• be safe and enjoyable for children to play with

Painting, writing, and drawing strengthen your child's fine motor skills and grasp, which are essential for learning to write legible numbers and letters.
Drawing and having fun simply helps your child gain control of the pencil, which is very helpful at school. And it's absolutely lovely to receive a little handwritten letter from your child that says "lof yoo" - and equally surprising and amusing to come across the first piece of paper stuck to the door of your child’s room that says "no parints aloud". Later on, it’s time for more complex writing projects such as handwritten birthday and Christmas cards – both made possible by a good grasp and a steady handwriting.
