Do you know PlayMais?
Do you need a new way of doing creative projects with children at school, in kindergarten, or at home? Do you want it to work for children from 3 years old and be easy to handle without paint, glue, and gooey stuff all over the place? Would you also like to mix several different creative activities in one process? Then take a closer look at Playmais, which is a very special and quite brilliant way to make crafts, models, and figures. PlayMais are small, slightly oblong pieces or "dots", made from cornstarch and food colouring, which can easily be shaped with your fingers and which stick together using only water. With the small corn pieces, you can form all kinds of mosaics or artworks, entire artistic pictures and statues, or fun trophies to hang on the wall.You simply take a PlayMais in your hand, shape, mash, squish, or cut the small corn piece into the desired shape, dampen it with a wet sponge and stick it where your child’s creativity says it should go. PlayMais stick when the cornstarch in the pieces is mixed with water. PlayMais has received many awards worldwide. They are biodegradable and they are actually safe to eat.
PlayMais smell a bit like unsalted popcorn. Don’t make a meal out of them, but it’s not harmful for your child to take a bite. There are many different sets and endless ways to be creative with PlayMais. You can get both small PlayMais for experimenting with fun mosaics, which help your child understand the transition between 2D and 3D creativity, as well as bigger PlayMais for making even larger creations following instructions or from free imagination. A great thing about PlayMais is that they are made from 100% biodegradable materials. PlayMais are created from corn flour, and not plastic.
