What makes this product special
Suitable for children aged 3 yrs. to 11 yrs.
Constructing and building is very educational, very fun, and a bit time consuming. We can easily write a whole sales pitch about how this type of play stimulates your child's hand-eye coordination, creativity, and fine motor skills as well as their understanding of geometry and interest in entrepreneurship.
With construction play, your child also gets real hands-on experience with problem-solving when it comes to figuring out how to design the construction so it doesn't suddenly collapse. Your child's construction play with all sorts of blocks, pieces, and sticks stimulates their imagination. And it's just so satisfying to construct a tall, tall tower or build the world's longest marble run, or to maybe make an impressive domino row and film it when it topples.
If you are going to play with ball runs, you should ideally have a set of square magnetic building tiles (either Magna-Tiles or Connetix) plus a ball run kit. The ball run packs contain no, or only a few, regular building tiles, so they need a few extra parts to look like the ones in the pictures.

With these large 30 × 30 cm magnetic baseplates, your child can build higher and more stable structures with their Connetix. They’re also compatible with Magna-Tiles, so you can easily expand your existing collection.
With a baseplate as a foundation, builds and ball runs stay strong, steady, and ready for hours of play.
Here, important skills are developed, which are great for your child's well-being and ability to learn:
- Gives your child all kinds of opportunities to unleash their imagination.
- Here, your child's fine motor skills really come into play.
- Improves your child's spatial awareness, which is vital for their future ability to make 3D drawings, fold a paper star, or eventually assemble a moving box on their own when the day comes.

Do you know CONNETIX?
In 2019, a couple of parents in Australia came up with the idea for Connetix. Their children loved playing with magnetic construction toys, and the parents came up with the idea to create even more transparent magnetic construction tiles. At the same time, they designed a ball run that matched the magnetic tiles - and thus the original Connetix was born. Connetix are magnetic building tiles that have a cleaner and more transparent design than, for example, Magna-Tiles. Connetix are even prettier to look through when your child builds in 2D against a window or on a light panel. They have two magnets per side and can be combined with Magna-Tiles and Cleverclixx - but unfortunately not with Magformers. If you are going to play with ball runs, you should ideally have a set of square magnetic building tiles (either Magna-Tiles or Connetix) plus a ball run kit.
