What makes this product special
Suitable for ages 5 yrs. to Seniors
When your child plays with a ball using their feet, hands, head, or a bat/racket, their depth perception is enhanced. Some ball games have rules, and it's good for your child to learn how to negotiate them. So, when your child firmly maintains that there's certainly NO penalty kick, or that the ball was NOT out of bounds, that's a learning moment. And what's more, your child's proprioception gets a good workout with ball games, and that's a sense which just can't be overstimulated.
Develops important skills that really benefit your child's well-being and ability to learn:
- Helps your child get their body moving, which in turn engages their gross motor skills.
- Strengthens hand-eye coordination, a skill we use for example when cutting accurately with scissors, pouring water into a glass without spilling and making a mess, or when catching, throwing, or kicking the ball that comes flying at us in PE class.
- Strengthens your child's proprioception, which helps them build the confidence to use their body through active play and benefits their concentration.
