Take the shuttle ball outside for fast-paced garden fun, or use it indoors as long as there’s plenty of space to move and play.
Stand facing each other with one handle in each hand. To launch the ball, one player pulls their handles apart while the other keeps theirs close together. Â
Then watch the shuttle ball zoom back and forth between you at impressive speed.
Be warned: tired arms are very possible! Luckily, it’s so much fun you probably won't even notice. A fantastic game for building coordination and reaction speed.
