Cars are just some of the greatest toys around with turning wheels and important jobs to do. And for quite a few children, cars and vehicles are simply the best toys ever.
Cars help patients to the hospital, transport everything from hay bales to footballs and jigsaw puzzles, take people on vacation to Berlin, and drive astronauts about on the Moon.
Playing with toy cars and vehicles can involve fast and furious races, dramatic rescue missions, or calm repetitive play where the cars cruise up and down the parking garage or are refuelled again and again. Or it can be all about good old-fashioned role play, or exciting and educational scientific experiments, alone or with friends.
