What makes this product special
Suitable for ages 3 yrs. to Seniors
For example, if your child has 15 minutes to eat breakfast, then just set your Time Timer to 15 minutes. The timer then counts down silently, and the red/blue disc gradually gets smaller and smaller.
We have several Time Timer models to choose from. Time Timers are made with different minute counts, in various sizes, and even as wristwatches. The Time Timer is also great for people with special needs. The larger models are suitable for bigger settings or for visually impaired users. They have high colour resolution and ultra quiet timers with no audible ticking.
The idea behind the 60 mins Time Timer
The clock counts down, but the numbers also go downwards and clockwise rather than up.
It's very logical. For instance, if you want to adjust the Time Timer to 25 minutes, so your child knows there are 25 minutes left of the evening before they need to brush their teeth and hear a bedtime story, this is how you do it on the standard Time Timer:
Set the red disc so it covers 25 minutes. Now the dial is white from "12 o’clock" to where it would say "35 minutes" on a clock dial – because from "35" to "12 o’clock" is 25 minutes.
The ingenious thing about the Time Timer is that the numbers are reversed. On the Time Timer, it doesn't say "35" when you set the timer to 25 minutes. It logically shows "25". And the red disc counts down from "25" and not up from "35".
This means you need to adjust your standard (60 min) Time Timer to "25" when you want to count down from 25 minutes. When 5 minutes have passed, the red disc shows 20 minutes, so it's obvious that there are only 20 minutes left of the evening.

With a Time Timer, time becomes easy to see and understand—even if your child can’t tell the time yet.
Time shapes so much of our daily routine. But for many children (and some adults), it can feel confusing when everyone else seems to understand “quarter past four” or “11:45” and it just doesn’t quite click yet.
Whether it’s 20 minutes of comics before bed, 5 minutes of jumping jacks, or making math class feel more manageable, Time Timer helps keep things on track.
Comes in several different models.

Do you know Time Timer?
Being able to understand and sense time reduces stress and increases safety. The Time Timer makes time visual, and you don't need to be able to read a clock in order to know how the minutes are counting down. For example, if your child has 15 minutes to eat breakfast, then just set your Time Timer to 15 minutes. The timer then counts down silently, and the red/blue disc gradually gets smaller and smaller.
