A consistent bedtime routine helps children know what to expect, which makes going to bed much easier. This visual timer turns the evening routine into clear, easy-to-follow steps, so your child can see what comes next and when. A predictable routine brings a sense of calm and reassurance for the whole family. 
This timer includes 24 reusable activity stickers featuring common bedtime tasks such as having a bath, putting on pyjamas, reading a bedtime story, and winding down. Simply choose the 6 stickers that suit your family's routine and arrange them in the order that works for you.
Once the timer starts, it counts down from 15 minutes to 0, with the moon slowly growing from a crescent to a full moon. It's a beautiful, calming way to make time visible. You decide how long each step of the bedtime routine should last, whether that's 3, 5, 10 or 15 minutes.

Requires 3 AA batteries (not included).
