Suitable for ages 18 mos. to 7 yrs.

Animal figures are pretty much a children’s classic. Your child will probably use them for all kinds of imaginative role play. Maybe the animals live on a farm or at the zoo – or maybe they're off to the playground. Roleplay strengthens your child’s ability to come up with imaginative stories and express them.

The animals also come in handy if your child is practising math and needs to figure out how many animals you'll each get if you split them equally. Or maybe the animals like to be counted, sorted, stacked on top of each other, or lined up in a row.

The activity supports skill development and is wonderful for your child's well-being:

  • Unleash your imagination and see where playtime takes you.
  • Wonderful for your curious child.
  • Excellent for role play, where children practise taking turns to lead and finding their own place in the game. This stimulates your child's social skills.

Providing children with materials that make learning fun is important for Learning Resources - as their name implies.

Among other things, your child can learn to explore and experiment, build robots, and learn to code. For teachers and educators, Learning Resources is a learning goldmine. Coding dinosaurs, math games, and sorting animals can really shake things up in the classroom.
