What makes this product special
Toys for learning through play
Play is essential for children’s learning, well-being, and development. Through play, children learn about themselves and the world around them.
Play helps children:
• stay curious
• focus and become absorbed in what they're doing
• take on age-appropriate challenges
• build confidence
We believe children learn best by doing things for themselves:
• by making mistakes
• by getting messy
• by falling down and getting back up again
Resilience, confidence, and courage grow through experience, one small step at a time.
That's why we carefully choose toys that encourage independence, imagination, movement, and social skills — offering just the right balance of support, freedom, and opportunities to grow.
Carefully selected toys
We carefully handpick every toy from the vast world of toys available today. The only toys that make it into our range are ones we'd be happy to give our own children.
Every toy at ToyAcademy should:
• support learning through play
• be made from durable, high-quality materials
• be safe and enjoyable for children to play with

What makes this product special
Suitable for ages 8 yrs. to 11 yrs.
If you want to give your curious little one a microscope, remember that price and quality often go together. So it's a good idea to reflect on what you and your child want to examine under the microscope.
For instance, if you are planning to study the contents of a drop of blood under the microscope, our advice is that you get a microscope for children which has over 400x magnification. It’s a higher price range, but your child will have amazing "aha” moments when they get to focus the microscope and learn on their own. But it’s also great fun to study a dead spider or a fly up close, and you can definitely do that with a simpler microscope.
