We’re big fans of this model, as the high backrest and safety harness allow your child to enjoy swinging from a relatively young age.
From around 1 year, the swing can be used fully assembled. Trust your judgement as to when your child is sitting securely– you can always add a cushion at the side for extra support.
As your child grows and gains confidence, the swing adapts too. You can remove the parts gradually, starting with the front crossbar, and later the backrest once your child has good motor control and can hold onto the ropes for longer.
The plastic is moulded to keep its shape, so it won’t bend or sag in the middle over time.
The swing has adjustable ropes and galvanised steel rings.
Rope length: 117.5 - 185 cm. Recommended hanging height: 1.9 - 2.4 metres.
If you want to hang the swing from a higher point, extension ropes and straps are available right here in our shop.
Swing dimensions: W: 30 cm, H: 26 cm, D: 32 cm.
The activity supports skill development and is great for your child's well-being:
- Helps develop your child's gross motor skills, which are activated whenever your child moves their body.
- Benefits your child's vestibular sense, which strengthens learning ability, balance, and concentration.
Suitable for children aged 1 yr. to 3 yrs.
Swinging benefits your child's vestibular sense as well as their concentration, balance, and learning ability. It also improves their vision and their awareness of which way their body is facing.
