This penguin is a wonderful bath toy and doubles as a classic wobble toy that won’t tip over.

On the floor, it rocks and wobbles as if it were alive, inviting your child to reach out and grab it – helping to develop both gross and fine motor skills at the same time.

Try placing it in front of your baby during tummy time while they practise holding their head up. Watching a fun, wobbly toy makes neck-strengthening exercises much more fun.

In the tub, your child can fill the cheeky penguin with water and watch it squirt it back out of its beak. This playful activity supports your child's proprioception, logical thinking, and cause-and-effect learning.   And if the penguin happens to squirt a little water on your child's arms, back, or tummy, that’s just part of the splashy sensory fun.  

See if you can make the penguin spin in the water. Try dipping it under too, and notice how buoyancy brings it back up to the surface again.

After playtime in the bathtub, pool, or sink, be sure to rinse the penguin with cold water, empty it, and leave it to dry.
