BIO Coffee Set, 17 pcs

With this sturdy bioplastic set from Dantoy, you can serve coffee and tea for many years to come. Cooking- and serving-themed pretend play is a wonderful way to strengthen your child's social skills and practise social interaction.

The BIO coffee set is made in Denmark. It is made of bioplastic, which is 90% sugarcane and carries the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.

Dantoy’s bioplastic toys are not designed to be biodegradable. Biodegradability would mean a shorter life span, and that would not be sustainable.

When resources have been used to design and package a toy, its more sustainable to ensure the toy has a long lifespan. Biodegradability makes more sense for things like food packaging, which has a shorter production process than toys and does not involve as much packaging.

That means this toy is not made to be thrown away after use. It's made to be played with for many years, passed on to other kids when your child outgrows it, and eventually recycled as hard plastic so resources aren't wasted.
