Do you know Time Timer?

Being able to feel and make sense of time reduces stress and increases safety. The Time Timer makes time visual, and it's actually not necessary to tell time in order to grasp how time is counting down.

For example, if your child has fifteen minutes to scarf down some breakfast, you just set your Time Timer to 15 minutes. The clock then counts down silently, while the coloured disc gets smaller and smaller.

We have several Time Timer models to choose from. You can get Time Timers as wristwatches, with different minute counts, and in various sizes. The Time Timer is also great for people with special needs. The larger models are suitable for bigger settings or for visually impaired users. They have high colour resolution and silent timers without ticking.

The main idea behind the classic Time Timer
The clock counts down, but the numbers also go down and clockwise instead of up.

It's really logical. For example, if you need to adjust the Time Timer to 25 minutes, so your child understands 25 minutes are left of the evening before they need to brush their teeth, scrub their toes, and crawl into bed, this is how you do it on the standard Time Timer:

Adjust the red disc so it covers 25 minutes. Now the dial is white from "12 o’clock" to where it says "35 minutes" on a dial – because there are 25 minutes from "35" to "12 o’clock".

The clever thing about the Time Timer is that the dial is reversed. On the Time Timer, it doesn't say "35" when you set the timer to 25 minutes. It logically shows "25". And the clock counts down from "25" rather than counting up from "35".

This means you need to adjust the Time Timer to "25" when you want to count down from 25 minutes. When 5 minutes have passed, the red disc will show "20" minutes, so it's clear to see that there are only 20 minutes left of the evening.
