Do you know Time Timer?

Being able to perceive and understand time reduces stress and increases safety. The Time Timer makes time visual, and you actually don't need to be able to tell time in order to understand how much time is left.

For instance, if your child has fifteen minutes to eat breakfast, you just set the Time Timer to 15 minutes. Then, the timer goes down silently, and the red or blue disc gradually gets smaller and smaller.

You can choose between several Time Timer models. Time Timers are made as wristwatches, with different minute counts, and in various sizes. The Time Timer is also great for children and adults with special needs. The larger models are suitable for bigger settings or for visually impaired users. They have high colour resolution and ultra quiet timers with no audible ticking.

This is how the 60-minute Time Timer works:
The clock counts down, but the numbers also go down and clockwise instead of up.

It's pretty logical. For instance, if you need to adjust the Time Timer to 25 minutes, so your child knows 25 minutes are left of the evening before teeth need to be brushed and lunchboxes need to be packed, this is how it's done on the standard Time Timer:

Adjust the red disc so it covers 25 minutes. Now the dial is white from "12 o’clock" to where it says "35 minutes" on a dial – because there are 25 minutes from "35" to "12 o’clock".

The smart thing about the Time Timer is that the dial is reversed. On the Time Timer, it doesn't say "35" when you set the timer to 25 minutes. It logically shows "25". And the red disc counts down from "25" and not up from "35".

So, this means you need to adjust your Time Timer to "25" when you want to count down from 25 minutes. When 5 minutes have gone by, the red disc will be at "20" minutes, so it's clear to see that there are only 20 minutes left of the evening.
