Playbox is an example of a toy manufacturer who actively works to make a positive difference and help nature, as well as those who live in it, thrive. Playbox is a Swedish toy designer and manufacturer, and since 1995 the company has produced supplies for crafts, drawing, and creative play.Playbox is one of the first brands in the world to create Nordic Swan Ecolabelled fuse beads. Please note that the beads should not be ironed with fuse beads from other brands, as they have a different melting point.
Playbox uses wood from sustainable forestry for their paper and wood products. Playbox's Chinese department offers their workers decent working conditions under BSCI certification. And to cut down the environmental impact associated with shipping from China, Playbox packs and wraps all their creative toys in Sweden.
