So what do we mean when we say show jumping arenas and bomb mazes?

Horse and riding games are a big favourite. With these sticks, you can build a show jumping course with obstacles or a dressage arena where little horse lovers can play and train.

A bomb maze is a grid-style course where one player decides which squares are ‘bombs’. The goal is to cross from one end to the other without stepping on a bomb (of course the main goal is to have lots of fun together). If you step on a bomb, you're out, and the next person tries to make it through.

This activity develops essential skills which are wonderful for your child's well-being and ability to learn:

• Develops gross motor skills, which are activated every time your child engages in physical activity.
• This is a way for your child to engage their vestibular sense, which helps us to stand on one leg, spin in circles, or ride in a car without losing our balance, feeling dizzy, or getting car sick.
• Stimulates your child's proprioception, which increases your child's confidence to use their body in other types of physical play and benefits their concentration.
