What makes this product special
Painting, drawing, and writing strengthen your child's fine motor skills and grasp, which are both essential skills for learning to write numbers and letters.
Drawing and having fun simply helps your child learn how to control the pencil, which is a big advantage at school. And it's just lovely to receive a little handwritten letter from your child that says "lov u" - and just as surprising and amusing to notice the first note stuck to the door of your child’s room that says "no parints aloud". Later on, it’s time for slightly more challenging writing projects such as handwritten cards for Christmas and birthdays – both made possible by a steady hand and a good grasp.
This activity supports important skills which support your child's well-being and ability to learn new things:
- Time for immersion and relaxation.
- Strengthens hand-eye coordination, a skill we use for example when cutting a straight line with scissors, pouring water into a glass without spilling, or when catching or kicking a ball that comes flying at us in PE class.
