Suitable for children aged 3 yrs. to 11 yrs.Building and construction play is educational, fun, and also time consuming. We won't get into a long and tedious dissertation on how this type of play supports your child's fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity as well as their understanding of geometry and interest in entrepreneurship.
With this type of play, your child also gets real-life experience with solving problems as they figure out how to build the construction so it doesn't collapse. Your child's construction play with all sorts of magnets, building blocks, or pieces develops their patience. And it's just so cool and satisfying to build the longest marble run ever or construct a skyscraper higher than yourself, or to create an amazing row of dominoes and film it when it topples.

Do you know CONNETIX?
In 2019, two Australian parents started Connetix. Their children loved magnets, and the parents came up with the idea to create even more transparent magnetic construction tiles. At the same time, they designed a ball run that matched the magnets - and thus the original Connetix was born. Connetix are magnetic building tiles that are more transparent and have a cleaner design than, for example, Magna-Tiles. Connetix are even prettier to look through when your child builds in 2D against a window or on a light panel. They have two magnets on each side and match with Magna-Tiles and Cleverclixx - but unfortunately not with Magformers.Connetix are made from ABS plastic, which is very durable. Be aware that in order to make a large ball run, it's best to have a set of square Connetix or Magna-Tiles and also a set with ball run parts.
