Suitable for children aged 8 yrs. to 13 yrs.
Building and constructing is very educational, very fun, and a bit time consuming. We could very easily write a whole sales pitch about how construction play develops your child's hand-eye coordination, creativity, and fine motor skills as well as understanding of geometry and interest in entrepreneurship.
While playing, your child also gets real-life experience with problem-solving when they need to figure out how to set up the construction so it doesn't suddenly collapse. Your child's construction play with all sorts of pieces, blocks, and other building materials makes it fun for them to concentrate. Also, it's so cool and satisfying to build the longest marble run ever or construct a skyscraper higher than yourself, or to create an amazing row of dominoes and film it as it topples.

Do you know CONNETIX?
In 2019, two Australian parents started Connetix. Their children loved magnetic construction toys, and the parents came up with the idea to create even more see-through magnetic building tiles. At the same time, they designed a ball run that matched the magnetic tiles - and thus the original Connetix was born. Connetix are magnetic construction tiles that have a cleaner and more transparent design than, for example, Magna-Tiles. Connetix are even more beautiful to look through when your child builds in 2D against a window or on a light panel. They have two magnets per side and match with Magna-Tiles and Cleverclixx - but unfortunately not with Magformers.Connetix are made from ABS plastic, which is tough and durable and is also used for food packaging. Note that in order to make a large ball run, it's best to have a set of square Magna-Tiles or Connetix as well as a set with ball run parts.
