In 2019, two Australian parents started Connetix. Their children loved magnets, and the parents came up with the idea to create even more see-through magnetic building toys. At the same time, they designed a ball run that matched the magnetic tiles - and thus the original Connetix was born. Connetix are magnetic building tiles that are more transparent and have a cleaner design than, for example, Magna-Tiles. Connetix are much prettier to look through when your child builds in 2D against a window or on a light panel. They have two magnets on each side and can be combined with Magna-Tiles and Cleverclixx - but not with Magformers.

If you are going to construct ball runs, you can have more fun if you have a set of square magnetic construction tiles (either Connetix or Magna-Tiles) as well as a ball run set. The ball run packs contain no, or only a few, regular building tiles, so they need a few extra parts to look like the ones in the pictures.
