And it's just so cool and satisfying to construct a tall, tall tower or build the longest marble run ever, or to maybe make an impressive domino row and film it as it topples.

Do you know CONNETIX?

In 2019, a couple of parents in Australia came up with the idea for Connetix. Their children loved playing with magnetic construction toys, and the parents came up with the idea to create even more see-through magnetic building toys. At the same time, they designed a ball run that matched the magnetic tiles - and thus the original Connetix was born. Connetix are magnetic building tiles that have a cleaner and more transparent design than, for example, Magna-Tiles. Connetix are even prettier to look through when your child builds in 2D against a window or on a light panel. They have two magnets on each side and can be combined with Magna-Tiles and Cleverclixx - but unfortunately not with Magformers.

Connetix are made from ABS plastic, which is tough and durable and is also used for food packaging. Be aware that in order to build a large ball run, it's best to have a set of square Connetix or Magna-Tiles plus a kit with ball run parts.
