Crabbing Kit
Know a beach where crabs like to hide? How about going crab hunting? It's easy to do, and you don't have to touch the crabs if you don't want to. With a crab catching pole, you can easily reel in one crab after another.
Put your bait in the clothespin (meat works great, e.g. a little piece of cold cuts, sausage, or whatever else you have) and lower the clothespin into the water where the crabs live. Soon enough, a crab will bite, and you can gently reel in the line with the crab hitching a ride on the clothespin.
Now you can watch the crab eating the bait. If you feel up to it, you can try holding it in your hands. If not, you can simply look at it.
Remember to put the crabs back in the water when you're done, unless you plan to eat them.
The set includes a crab fishing pole, a handy telescopic fishing net, and a bucket with cute shellfish designs.
