There are five elastic chair bands with different resistance levels:
- Green is extra light: 2.5 - 4.5 kg
- Blue is light: 4.5 - 7 kg
- Yellow is medium: 7 - 9 kg
- Red is strong: 9 - 13.5 kg
- Black is extra strong: 13.5 - 18 kg.
