Delightful water play and splashing are possible at the beach as well as the kitchen sink at home. Your child learns a lot from feeling water droplets, spraying water or pouring it from one container into another, or noticing how buoyancy can push toys to the surface. Also, bath toys are a lovely way to distract your child while they're soaking in the tub or having their hair washed.
