Suitable for children aged 18 mos. to 3 yrs.

Role play is an important part of your child's development, because role play inspires your child to think creatively about their own identity. What can I do as a sword fighter or a giant? How does a doctor or a horse talk? All these thoughts benefit your child's social skills. Through role playing, your child can experiment with rules, boundaries, and opportunities for social interaction and identity formation, and this stimulates their awareness of their own world and daily life.

Helps develop essential skills that are great for your child's well-being and ability to learn:

  • This type of play strengthens gross motor skills. It especially involves your child's ability to coordinate their arms and legs.
  • Improves your child's proprioception, which improves their concentration skills and builds up their confidence to use their body in other types of active play.
  • In role play, your child recreates everyday situations through play, imitates us adults, and creates their own universe.
