Grow-with-Me Box - 6-12 months

Item No: 1136-PB44262
Fine motor skills
Hand-eye coordination
Shape and colour recognition

A beautiful set of wooden toys thoughtfully chosen to help your baby practise and strengthen the skills that typically blossom between 6 and 12 months.

Inside the box you’ll find:
A soft ball with a little bell inside

A rain stick that makes a gentle, soothing trickling sound when your baby turns and tilts it.

A chunky car

A single-piece puzzle that reveals a little mirror

A little chest with a drawer hiding a small ball. You can tuck other tiny treasures inside, too.

A drum

A helpful mini guide with a checklist of age-appropriate skills, plus simple explanations of how the different toys support your baby’s development — and when it’s a good time to introduce each activity.

Your baby needs comfort, nourishment, love, and rest — but also a calm, cosy space where they can practise coordinating their eyes, hands, back muscles, skin, and the rest of their growing body.
In your baby's calm little space, you’ll want:
1. A warm, comfortable surface for tummy time and back play — ideally a foam mat or another non-slip option that’s easy to clean.

2: Enough space to reach out to both sides, roll over, gradually sit up, and maybe even start scooting forward. Keep loose cables out of reach, make sure there are no tall lamps or unstable items to topple — and avoid any chilly draughts.

Sturdy, safety-tested toys that gently stimulate the senses and match your baby’s age and emerging skills.
We recommend Grow-With-Me — a range of thoughtfully curated toy boxes designed to match the developmental stages children go through at different ages. Everything is made from birchwood and comes in a cardboard box filled with wood shavings. Grow-With-Me boxes are available for children aged 0–3 years.

Is your child about ready to start crawling or taking their first steps? Then check out our inspiring "Crawling & Walking" category. It’s packed with lovely toys and playthings that encourage your little one to experiment with crawling and, when they're ready, to walk. Some items are baby toys, while others will grow with your child and give them fun, educational play for years to come.

Supports important skills that really benefit your child's well-being and ability to learn:

  • Helps your child strengthen fine motor skills.
  • Ideal for improving your child's visual perception.
  • Strengthens hand-eye coordination, a skill we use for example when cutting with scissors, pouring water into a glass without spilling and making a mess, or when throwing, catching, or kicking the ball that comes flying towards us in PE class.
