What makes this product special
Suitable for ages 5 yrs. to Seniors
It develops your child's depth perception to play ball games using their hands, feet, head, or a bat/racket. Some ball games have rules, and it's good for your child to practise following them. So, when your child stubbornly insists that there's definitely NO penalty kick, or that the ball was NOT out of bounds, you can definitely celebrate - that's a learning moment. Playing with balls also revs up your child's proprioception - and that's a sense which cannot be overstimulated.
Supports the development of important skills that really benefit your child's well-being and ability to learn:
- Supports your child's gross motor skills, which are engaged every time your child engages in physical activity.
- Stimulates hand-eye coordination, a skill we rely on for instance when we kick or catch the ball that comes flying at us in the playground, when we cut in a straight line line with scissors, or when we want to pour a glass of water without spilling and making a mess.
- Supports your little one's proprioception, which you may also know as the body awareness sense or the kinesthetic sense.
