Your child can simply play with this toy without first having to figure out how it works. There is no right or wrong way to play here, and your child doesn't have to follow any rules. The goal is simply playing and being in the present moment. We call this type of play intuitive play. It's also called "open ended play". We recommend that you pause and observe how things unfold when your child plays in ways that let them follow their intuition.
As opposed to types of play which are about achieving a particular result, intuitive play will often give you fascinating insight into your child’s own thought process, imagination, and problem-solving skills.
