The activity is great for your child's well-being and ability to learn:
- This type of play helps your child improve their depth perception skills. Among other things, this will help your child cycle or walk in traffic in a safe way. "How fast is that car coming towards me?" suddenly becomes a little bit easier to estimate.
- Helps your child develop fine motor skills.
- Supports hand-eye coordination, a skill we use for example when cutting with scissors, pouring water into a glass without spilling and making a mess, or when throwing, kicking, or catching a ball that comes flying at us in the playground.
