Suitable for children aged 3 yrs. to 11 yrs.

It develops your child's depth perception to play with balls using their feet, hands, head, or a racket/bat. Ball games may also have rules, and it's good for your child to practise following and negotiating them. So, when your child firmly maintains that there's absolutely NO penalty kick, or that the ball was not out of bounds, don't worry - that's a learning moment. In addition, your child's proprioception is very much engaged in ball games, and that's a sense which really can't be overstimulated.
