For many children, cars and other vehicles with anywhere from 1 to 1,000 wheels are the ultimate toys to play with, talk about, sleep with, sit on, and dream about. And cars are surely some of the most delightful toys around for racing, cruising, and doing all sorts of important jobs.

Cars help sick people to the hospital, transport everything from oatmeal to tennis balls and doll shoes, take people on vacation to Berlin, and drive astronauts about on the Moon.

Playing with toy cars and vehicles can be both an interesting scientific experiment or a lovely role play activity. With friends or alone, for full-throttle races or quiet and calm cruises - like when your little one's favourite tractor chugs home from the field after a long day of work, gazing longingly towards the barn and looking forward to a sip of refreshing engine oil.

Logic games are a brilliant way to pass travel or waiting time — and best of all, no screen required. They're excellent brain workouts, cleverly disguised as fun. Children can play logic games alone or together. With clear, structured rules, logic games are also a great choice for children and adults with special needs.

We like to refer to the brain as a “memory muscle” —  it’s our way of saying that the brain keeps growing and developing throughout life. Unlike other muscles, it won’t grow bigger from weightlifting and protein shakes — but when you turn up the challenge, it becomes better at solving problems. Becoming sharper at remembering, connecting the dots, and cracking logical puzzles is the cornerstone of brain training — just like running drills are the foundation of a soccer player’s physical training.
