What makes this product special

Suitable for ages 3 yrs. to 11 yrs.

Constructing and building is very educational, very fun, and a bit time consuming. We could certainly write a long book about how this type of play strengthens your child's creativity, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills as well as interest in entrepreneurship and understanding of geometry.

With construction play, your child also gets practical experience with problem-solving as they figure out how to assemble the construction so it doesn't collapse. Your child's construction play with all sorts of magnets, building blocks, or pieces stimulates their imagination. Also, it's so cool and satisfying to build the longest marble run ever or construct a skyscraper higher than yourself, or to make an impressive domino track and film it when it topples.

Do you know Magna-Tiles?

The lovely magnetic building toys Magna-Tiles motivate and challenge children to use geometric shapes to build both very small and quite large structures - just like footballs and bridges both consist of a pattern of geometric shapes. Magna-Tiles are magnetic on all sides, so they easily stick to each other via magnetism. They come in many different themes, shapes, and sizes, with mirrors, transparent, and with figures. There is something for every child.

The magnetic poles of Magna-Tiles are arranged so that the building tiles attract each other on all sides and edges. The tiles are produced from ABS plastic, which makes them very robust. They do not fit with Magformers, but they work with Connetix.

They should be cleaned with a damp cloth. They should not be submerged in water or put in the dishwasher or washing machine. If they do get wet, put them upright to dry so the water can drain out.
