What makes this product special
Suitable for children aged 3 yrs. to 11 yrs.
Building and construction play is educational, fun, and also time consuming. We'll leave out a long-winded piece about how this type of play stimulates your child's creativity, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills as well as understanding of geometry and interest in entrepreneurship.
While playing, your child also gets hands-on experience with solving problems when it comes to figuring out how to build the construction so it doesn't collapse. Your child's construction play with all sorts of building materials makes it fun for them to concentrate. Also, it's such a confidence boost to build the longest marble run ever or construct a skyscraper higher than yourself, or to make an amazing domino field and film it when it topples.
Magna-Tiles attract each other no matter which way they're turned, because the magnetic poles of the tiles are arranged in a way that allows this. Magna-Tiles are produced from ABS plastic, which makes them very durable. Since the magnets are placed differently than on Magformers, Magformers and Magna-Tiles do not fit together. But Magna-Tiles and Connetix work well together.
The magnetic tiles can be cleaned with a damp cloth and must not be submerged in water or washed in a sink or dishwasher. If they do get wet, you can save them by setting them upright to dry so the water can drain out.

The activity is great for your child's well-being and ability to learn new things:
- Makes your child unleash their imagination.
- Supports hand-eye coordination, which you make use of for instance when throwing, kicking, or catching a ball that comes flying at you in the playground, or when cutting an accurate line with scissors.
- Improves your child's spatial awareness, which is important for their future ability to make 3D drawings, fold a paper star, or eventually assemble a moving box on their own when the day comes.

Do you know Magna-Tiles?
The quality magnetic construction toys Magna-Tiles challenge and invite your child to use geometric shapes to build both very small and quite large structures - just like footballs and bridges both consist of a pattern of geometric shapes. Magna-Tiles are magnetic on all sides, so they easily stick to each other via magnetic attraction. They come in many colours, shapes, and themes, so whether your child likes animals or mirror mazes, Magna-Tiles are a great idea.Magna-Tiles attract each other no matter which way they're turned, because the magnetic poles of the tiles are arranged in a way that allows this.
