This medicine ball is filled with small weighted polymer beads. It’s nice and firm, with the beads inside shifting slightly under pressure.

Can be wiped clean with an alcohol-based disinfectant.
With a mix of smooth and bumpy surfaces, the ball offers both stability and movement.

This medicine ball adapts to the body when used (for instance when you lie on it), making it ideal for all kinds of body awareness and motor skills training. It can also be used as a movable weight across the shoulders, ankles, knees, or back. Please note: At 1 kg, this ball is not suitable for ball games.

We suggest that an adult supervises play to ensure the ball isn’t too heavy for the child. That way, you can help prevent injuries.
