This modelling clay from Djeco is approved for children from 18 months and made from ingredients that are safe if your child decides to have a little sample. The modelling clay is very salty (yuck!), so it definitely doesn’t make a good snack. But a little taste and some finger-licking during playtime are perfectly safe.

Oil-based playdough stays soft for years. You can soften water-based playdough by adding a bit of water to it.
