Suitable for ages 2 yrs. to 6 yrs.

Constructing and building is fun, a bit time consuming, and very educational. We can very easily write a long book about how construction play supports your child's fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity as well as interest in entrepreneurship and understanding of geometry.

While playing, your child also gets real-life experience with problem-solving when it comes to figuring out how to build the construction so it doesn't fall over. Your child's construction play with all sorts of blocks, pieces, and sticks makes it fun for them to concentrate. And it's just such a confidence boost to construct a tall, tall tower or build the longest marble run ever, or to make an amazing domino field and film it as it topples.

The activity is wonderful for your child's well-being and ability to learn new things:

  • Gives your child lots of opportunities to unleash their imagination.
  • Helps your child improve their fine motor skills.

Do you know Learning Resources?

As their name suggests, it's important for Learning Resources to provide children with materials that make learning fun.

In particular, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) is a focal point at Learning Resources. Among other things, your child can learn about coding, doing experiments, exploring their world, and building robots. For educators and teachers, Learning Resources is a learning goldmine. Sorting animals, math games, and coding dinosaurs can really spice up the teaching.
