What makes this product special
Constructing and building is fun, a bit time consuming, and very educational. We could easily write a long book about how construction play stimulates your child's hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and creativity as well as interest in entrepreneurship and understanding of geometry.
With construction play, your child also gets real-life experience with problem-solving when they need to figure out how to build the construction so it doesn't fall over. Your child's construction play with all sorts of blocks, pieces, and sticks stimulates their imagination. And it's just so satisfying to construct a tall, tall tower or build the world's longest marble run, or to make an impressive domino track and film it when it topples.

The ToyAcademy team have a permanent play date with Polydron from England. Polydron's original toys werepieces of solid plastic that you can put together in endless ways. The original pieces can still be found, and they delight and entertain children with imaginative and developmental play in many families, schools, and kindergartens.
Today, there are several different types of Polydron. Polydron MAG are magnetic building pieces, which are also available with mirrors and in models suitable for young children under 3. You can also buy giant XL Polydron sets, which are great for building extra large constructions - even a real playhouse. Polydron pieces can be enjoyed outside, and they can last almost a lifetime. A common feature of all Polydron variants is that they're very robust toys that you can donate or sell after you're done with them.
