Polydron Magnetic Play Set, 48 pcs

When children play with these geometric pieces, they learn about space, shapes, and magnetism, all while creating different constructions that spark their imagination and deepen their understanding of geometry.

What's special about Polydron's magnetic building shapes is that they will only connect when the poles align, so they need to be turned the correct way to be put together. This helps children develop a basic understanding of magnetism, as they need to twist and turn the pieces so they don't repel each other. The shapes have dark coloured insides, which makes it easier to align them correctly. 

This durable set is suitable for classrooms and other professional settings and for construction play at home. It's compatible with other types of MAG Polydron.

Wipe them with a damp cloth until any visible dirt is gone. Afterwards, you can sterilise them with an alcohol-based disinfectant. Do not submerge the pieces in water, as liquid may get inside them and damage the magnets.

You can absolutely let the kids play with Mag Polydron outdoors. Leave your magnetic Polydrons outside in the shade or bring them inside after use. Mag Polydron is made from ABS plastic, which is not UV resistant. ABS plastic is also used for food storage containers. Made from 70% recycled plastic.

 

The activity helps your child develop skills and is great for your child's well-being:

• Supports hand-eye coordination, which is activated for example when we kick or catch a ball that comes flying at us in PE class, or when we cut a straight line with scissors or want to pour a glass of water without missing.
