Suitable for ages 2 yrs. to 4 yrs.Doing puzzles together strengthens your child's patience and fine motor skills. Also, placing the pieces is a good way to get better at understanding how separate parts form a whole and figuring out where each piece needs to be placed in the big picture.
The ability to register something visually (using our eyes) and envision what's missing from a whole is an important skill when learning math and geometry as well as understanding how sums, sentences, or even a piece of knitting, among other things, are made up of patterns and sequences.
