Suitable for children aged 10 yrs. to Seniors
It stimulates your child's depth perception to play with a ball using their feet, hands, head, or a bat/racket. Ball games may also have rules, and it's good for your child to learn how to negotiate them. So, when your child firmly claims that there's definitely NO penalty, or that the ball was NOT out of bounds, feel free to cheer - that's a learning moment. Also, your child's proprioception is totally activated with ball games, and that's a sense which simply can't be overstimulated.
Helps develop essential skills that really benefit your child's well-being and learning ability:
- Strengthens hand-eye coordination, a skill we use for example when cutting a straight line with scissors, pouring a glass of water without spilling, or when kicking or catching a ball that comes flying at us in PE class.
