How to use the doll as a heat/cold pack:
Heat: Remove the fabric pouch. Place it in the microwave for 30 seconds or in the oven at 100°C for 10 minutes. Now the pouch is nice and warm.
Cold: Place the pouch of wheat kernels in the freezer for 2 hours. It will stay cold for about 30 minutes.

Hygiene:
Remember to moisten the wheat kernel pouch regularly. To do this, simply place it in the microwave together with a glass of water for 2 minutes at 600W. This should also be done before using the pouch for the first time.Â
The pouch of wheat kernels is not washable. Without the pouch, the doll can be washed at 30°C and tumble dried at low heat. The clothes can be hand-washed.
