The joint has an integrated nylon part that helps ensure smooth movement without sticking or seizing.Â
The hanger fits both square and round beams. The distance from the top nut to the hanger itself (i.e. the threaded rod) is 160 mm. From this, subtract approx. 1 cm, making the hanger suitable for a beam/post with a thickness of max. 15 cm.
The rod that will go through the beam is 1 cm in diameter.
The swing hanger itself weighs 0.8 kg.
It measures: 265 x 62 x 40 mm.
A carabiner or a D-hook under 9 mm wide can be attached to the hanger.
