This type of play is a way for your child to practise telling and understanding a story with a beginning and an end. This is a useful skill, which can be practised by repeating the storytelling game over and over and adding your own touch to the story.
When children are learning to understand stories, physical props can be very useful. This wonderful play set lets children experiment with telling stories.
