Yoga Poses Flash Cards - Mini, 56 pcs

These mini yoga cards are perfect for yoga sessions with several children or for stretching and posing at home. Each card has an illustration showing the pose and the animal it’s inspired by. The name of the pose is included in English (as well as German, French, and Spanish). On the back of each card you'll find instructions in English and French.

That way, you can lay the cards out so children can easily see the order of the poses and what comes next.

The set includes 36 cards with different yoga poses, as well as 20 cards featuring moods and facial expressions. Children can draw a card during or after the exercises to show how they’re feeling, whether their mood has changed, or if something felt challenging.
