2-in-1 Highwaykick 1 Lifestyle - Brown Lines

Item No: 1185-96605
The vestibular sense
Depth perception
Gross motor skills

The 2-in-1 Highwaykick 1 Lifestyle can grow with your child from around age 1 and all the way through their preschool years.

Your child steers the Highwaykick by shifting their body weight rather than turning the handlebars (which actually don’t turn at all). That means balance training happens naturally as your child learns to control their centre of gravity by leaning their body from side to side.

A special feature that sets the Lifestyle apart from other Highwaykick 1 models is the little front storage compartment, which is perfect when your child wants to take their favourite stuffed animal along for a ride or pick up little treasures on the way. Otherwise, features like seat height, handlebar height, weight, and wheel size are the same.

  • Fits children from 82-118 cm tall
  • Max. weight: 50 kg on the scooter, 20 kg on the seat
  • Adjustable seat height: 22.5–29 cm
  • Adjustable handlebars: 57–64 cm
  • Features rubber pad to prevent forward tipping
  • Front wheels: 2 x 120 mm PU
  • Rear wheel: 80 mm PU
  • Weight: 2.8 kg

Riding a scooter is easy to learn, depending on your child's age and physical ability, of course. What's more, scooters are easy to bring with you everywhere you go - some of our scooters are even foldable.

The youngest kids can start with three-wheel scooters, while the bigger ones can whiz around on two wheels.

Choose the right scooter for your child with our guide here.

The activity is wonderful for your child's well-being and ability to learn:

  • This type of play helps develop your child's depth perception. Strong depth perception skills help your child stay safe in traffic.
  • This type of play develops your child's gross motor skills. It especially involves your child's ability to control the coordination of their arms and legs.
  • Supports your child's vestibular sense, which increases balance, concentration, and ability to learn.
