There are many ways to play and learn with the yoga dice. For example, use the coloured sides of the dice to decide whether the yoga pose should be lying down, sitting, or standing.
The dice work really well with our yoga cards, which fit into the transparent plastic pockets on the sides of the dice. The cards are sold separately.
Each die has 2 sides in each colour: red, orange, and purple.
Tip: You can also put drawings or notes with different tasks in the pockets of the dice (take out the trash, feed the cat, wash your hands, etc.). Or write prompts for fun and cosy activities (jump rope, drink juice, kiss mom, tickle dad, etc.).
