Neptune has 3 different modes. Among other things, he'll say the names of musical instruments and sing songs in English, Spanish, and French. Your child can also choose to listen to ocean sounds or baby sounds.

The colourful lights flash in sync with the music, and when your child presses the different musical instruments, the sounds change.
